Daniel Rustowicz, Chief Executive Officer
Dan formed RedWind in the Fall of 2008. Prior to starting his own venture, Dan was the Chief Development Officer of a privately held Minnesota renewables company.
Formerly, Dan was the Manager, Business Development Wind Energy for John Deere Credit. His contributions in Corporate Business Development, in which Strategic Growth Initiatives are researched, analyzed, and acted upon, as its "Team Leader" for the Wind Initiative were instrumental in commercializing the wind business for John Deere.
Before spearheading the wind initiative, Dan worked at various divisions within Deere & Company. Prior to joining Deere, he received a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business after spending approximately five years with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and All College Honors Distinction from Canisius College. Dan is a CPA, inactive in the State of NY, and Eagle Scout.
Charles Wright, Senior Associate
Charles joined RedWind in May 2013 and focuses on consulting and business development, specifically continuing the expansion of RedWind into solar markets.
Prior to joining RedWind, Charles was an Associate at Greenwich Associates where he specialized in Equities and Banking. At Greenwich Associates, Charles delivered client results, managed the sales and delivery process of products, and performed financial analyses for clients.
Charles graduated from Colgate University where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Biology and English Literature. He also completed the Accelerator Summer Business Institute at The Owen Graduate School of Management – Vanderbilt University. Most recently, Charles attended Harvard University where he received instruction in environmental management and corporate sustainability strategy.
Kristine Sundberg, Communications Consultant
Kristine's environmental track record began with her master's degree in Environmental Science and continued as a leader in a number of environmental and renewable energy initiatives both as a corporate officer and as a consultant.
Before establishing The Links Group in 2005, Kristine served as a corporate officer and Senior Vice President at Information Resources; an Officer and Vice President at Supervalu, Inc., Fleming Companies, and U.S. Satellite Broadcasting; and Director at CenterPoint Energy/Minnegasco. Her responsibilities included planning and implementing all corporate communications to customers, employees, investors, legislators/regulators, media and the public.
Kristine received her bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and master's degree from the University of Illinois Springfield.
